- 128 MB of RAM (more is better)

For the Windows version:
- Microsoft Windows 98, Windows 98 Second Edition, Windows Me, Windows
NT 4.0
with Service Pack 6 or greater, Windows 2000, Windows XP. On systems
running
Windows NT 4.0 with Service Pack 6, the version of Internet Explorer
must be upgraded to
at least 4.01 with Service Pack 1.

The installation includes:
- ConceptDraw V Personal Edition application, libraries, HTML Help.
- Samples and templates.

In Mac OS X:
1. Launch the installation (*.pkg file).
2. Follow the instructions on the screen.
3. After installation completed launch ConceptDraw from the ConceptDraw V folder.
4. At first launch program will ask for the serial number. Please enter
you serial number attentively (use copying/pasting to avoid mistakes).
Keep the serial number in a secure place - you'll need it for updates
and technical support.
*If you enter an upgrade serial number (for upgrading from any
ConceptDraw Products), the program can also ask for the serial number
of your previous ConceptDraw product.
In Windows:
1. Run Setup.
2. Follow the instructions on the screen.
3. At first launch program will ask for the serial number. Please enter
you serial number attentively (use copying/pasting to avoid mistakes).
